General Description:
The HDPE pipe for discharging sand/clay is a special plastic pipe, using high polymer and high density polyethylene (pressure-resistant, folding-resistant material), pressure-resistant material, anti-aging and uvioresistant material. It is most suitable for slurry discharging.
Advantage:
The weight of HDPE pipe is light, only one-eighth of steel pipe. The pipes are connected with flanges, which makes the assembly, disassembly and transportation easier, shortens the starting time, raises the efficiency and avoid the troubles in replacement like the welded pipes.
The HDPE pipe has good flexibility, tension, strength and elasticity. It doesn’t break after folding, extruding, or internal or external force impact. The pipes are connected directly and can be bended in water. The bending degree of 4 to 8 pcs of pipes can be 360 degree. It is of good resistance of storm and waves. On hand, the pipes can be connected even in area with 30 degree unevenness.
The HDPE pipe has good wear-resistance, which is 4 to 8 times of steel pipe. so it lasts longer. The material is of high corrosion resistance to be float in sea water for 50 years, also it is uvioresistant, anti-aging and it can be used for five to eight years.
